Position: STEM Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $30 - $40/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Analyze images and videos to identify key STEM concepts and detailed subject insights.

* Develop complex, high-quality questions requiring deep subject-matter expertise.

* Categorize and tag content accurately for efficient workflow and expert routing.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and consistency.

* Use data analysis and literature review to inform content development.

* Apply innovative instructional methods and educational technologies.

* Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

* Strong subject-matter expertise in a STEM discipline.

* Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.

* Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Experience with educational technology or digital tools.

* Strong collaboration and project leadership capabilities.
