Accountabilities

* Architect, design, and deploy advanced AI agents and autonomous systems using modern frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, and related toolchains.

* Develop and optimize multi-step reasoning systems for complex workflow automation in production environments.

* Apply appropriate AI techniques including prompting strategies, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and model training depending on system requirements.

* Build scalable, self-improving AI systems that enhance performance over time through usage-driven feedback loops.

* Collaborate with backend and frontend engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into secure, production-grade applications.

* Design robust system architectures that balance reasoning, tool use, performance, reliability, and compliance requirements.

* Define and implement monitoring, evaluation, and iteration frameworks for production AI systems.

Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering with proven production-level deployments.

* Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

* Demonstrated experience building AI agents, orchestration systems, or multi-step reasoning pipelines in production environments.

* Strong understanding of LLM-based systems, including evaluation, monitoring, and iterative optimization.

* Experience designing scalable AI architectures with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.

* Ability to work across research and engineering boundaries, translating experimental models into production systems.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance innovation, scalability, and operational constraints.
