This role offers the opportunity to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-level solutions that transform business operations and accelerate digital transformation. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, leveraging APIs, integrations, and automation tools. As a senior technical leader, you will guide architecture decisions, ensure solution quality, and provide mentorship to peers. The position requires hands-on experience with modern SaaS platforms, web technologies, and middleware applications, as well as strong consulting and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving customer success, improving operational efficiency, and supporting innovation across multiple industries. This position allows for remote work flexibility while contributing to high-impact, client-focused projects.
Accountabilities
* Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom software solutions using SaaS platforms, APIs, and third-party integrations.
* Conduct technical consulting engagements, guiding clients through design sessions, requirements gathering, and solution validation.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on platform capabilities, providing quality oversight, project review, and mentorship to other architects.
* Develop middleware applications to automate workflows, integrate systems, and support data migration between business applications.
* Manage technical projects end-to-end, including scheduling, deliverables, deadlines, and client communications.
* Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to improve platform functionality and identify feature gaps.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure solutions meet business objectives, scalability, and performance standards.
Requirements
* 5+ years of relevant experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise software development.
* 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technical engagements.
* Proficiency with two or more programming languages (.Net, NodeJS, Python, Java, Ruby).
* Experience with SaaS/IPaaS applications, system integration, and middleware solutions in enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of system architecture, scalable solution design, and data integration best practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
* Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
* Willingness to travel periodically (up to 15%) as required by business and client needs.
