The Prophix Enablement team works in close partnership with revenue leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure customer-facing teams and partners are equipped with the right knowledge, skills, processes, tools, and training to drive stronger revenue outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The team leads high-impact, strategic programs and applies instructional design methodologies grounded in adult learning principles.

As a Senior Onboarding Specialist, you will serve as an individual contributor responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and communicating all aspects of Prophix's revenue onboarding program. Your primary audience will include AEs, Customer Sales, and Channel Partners. Approximately 70 percent of your time will be dedicated to leading live training sessions and managing program-related logistics and administration. This role reports directly to Chief of Staff, Revenue Organization. The role requires working onsite two days per week, with remote flexibility on remaining days. One week per month will be spent leading live classroom training in the office. Limited travel, approximately two to three times annually, may also be required.

Success in this role requires blending dynamic facilitation skills, across both virtual and classroom-based instructor-led formats, with strong sales and technical understanding. Your impact will be measured by your ability to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience that consistently prepares new hires for success.

Given the dynamic nature of the industry and the wide range of roles supported, this position calls for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains highly organized, and can confidently make timely decisions.

Requirements

What You Will Do

* Act as the primary point of support for all Revenue org new hires throughout their first 30 days

* Lead training sessions covering essential topics such as industry knowledge, product education, sales competencies, tools, and internal processes, with a commitment of approximately 40 in-person facilitation hours per month

* Leverage AI tools to build, maintain, and scale onboarding content including training materials, call analysis, and more.

* Regularly track and report on onboarding success metrics to stakeholders, which includes rep onboarding completion, ramp attainment, time to first deal, and more

* Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to monitor onboarding progress and track new hire transitions

* Maintain and regularly update presentation decks, participant materials, learning activities, and monthly program schedules to ensure alignment with evolving business priorities

* Identify when updates are needed within on-demand learning modules and advocate for those enhancements

* Oversee onboarding communications, coordinate scheduling, and manage administrative workflows within the LMS and CMS to keep the program operating efficiently

* Coordinate peer mentorship participation and manage stakeholder logistics for in-person sessions

* Handle classroom preparation, supply ordering, and coordination of social engagement activities during in-person training weeks

* Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Prophix's product suite

* Build and sustain a foundational understanding of internal operations, the sales methodology, the GTM technology ecosystem, and role responsibilities across revenue teams

Required Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in business or comparable hands-on experience

* At least two years of experience in sales or sales enablement, ideally within a SaaS environment

* Proven ability to facilitate both technical and discussion-driven training sessions in live classroom and virtual settings

* Experience overseeing programs or managing complex initiatives

* Proficiency in Microsoft Workspace tools

* Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally and navigating diverse stakeholder needs

* Hands-on familiarity with enablement and learning tools such as Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, etc

* Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in managing logistics, along with strong written and verbal communication skills

* Awareness of instructional design best practices and emerging learning technologies

* Comfort using AI tools responsibly to support tasks such as research, drafting, or data review

* Ability to learn new tools and adapt as technology evolves

* Curiosity and openness to exploring new approaches

* Collaborative mindset when working with teams and technology

* Must be legally entitled to work in the country where this role is located

Compensation

The total compensation for this role is $110,000 CAD to $130,000 CAD, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws in Canada and the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
