Harnham is a globally leading recruitment agency in the Data & Analytics space, expanding rapidly in Phoenix. We partner with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, delivering permanent hiring solutions through our established client network. We are currently seeking experienced recruiters to join our Phoenix team, focused exclusively on candidate delivery within the Data & AI market — one of the hottest and fastest-growing markets in the world.

As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialize in sourcing, engaging, and managing top-tier Data & AI talent across a variety of permanent opportunities. You’ll work closely with our established client-facing consultants and leadership team to support high-volume, high-quality hiring activity across the market.

Even during training, you’ll have opportunities to bill while developing your skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Earning Potential: Base salary of $52,000–$60,000 (DOE), up to 30% uncapped commission, performance bonuses, and access to a robust client base to maximize your earnings.

In this role, you will:

• Source and engage top Data & AI talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market mapping.

• Screen and qualify candidates to assess technical experience, motivations, and cultural fit.

• Manage candidate relationships throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

• Partner closely with account managers and leadership to deliver against active client hiring needs.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across key verticals and skill sets.

• Stay current on Data & AI market trends, technologies, and hiring movements.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while building long-term relationships within the market.

• Support and mentor junior team members as a positive role model.
