Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models that drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML principles, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

* Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI/ML models.

* Evaluate and optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability.

* Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

* Document processes, methodologies, and results to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

* Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

* Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members in AI/ML concepts and practices.

Mandatory Skills

* Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

* Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar.

* Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and frameworks.

* Solid understanding of statistical analysis and model evaluation metrics.

* Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Preferred Skills

* Experience with deep learning frameworks and techniques.

* Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications.

* Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

* Experience in deploying AI/ML models in production environments.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications
