2. About the Opportunity:

The Sr IT Business Analyst will lead the strategic development of the messaging pricing architecture. This role focuses on creating robust systems and processes that maximize pricing profitability by translating complex commercial strategies into scalable technical solutions. The position is critical for designing the next generation of the messaging pricing engine, supporting dynamic pricing models, product bundles, and flexible deal structures, thereby directly influencing the company’s commercial success.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of next-generation messaging pricing capabilities.

• Translate advanced business requirements into technical specifications for a dynamic pricing engine.

• Develop architectural solutions supporting cross-product bundles and discounts.

• Serve as subject matter expert on pricing architecture aligned with commercial strategy.

• Incorporate competitive pricing analysis into system design.

• Define pricing models and guide client rate card development.

• Document integration points and data flows among pricing, cost management, and routing systems.

• Collaborate with Go-To-Market, Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align pricing solutions with strategic goals.

4. Requirements:

• 8+ years in pricing architecture, solution design, or senior business systems analysis, preferably in multi-product SaaS, CPaaS, or telecommunications.

• Proven experience designing or managing complex pricing or transaction engines with product bundle and cross-sell capabilities.

• Strong understanding of messaging economics, pricing models, and routing impact on profitability.

• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical and architectural requirements.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects as a subject matter expert or lead analyst.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with the organization’s product portfolio and pricing structures.

• Experience integrating pricing tools with Go-To-Market systems (CRM, CPQ).

• Knowledge of cost modeling and data mediation in high-volume transaction environments.

• Understanding of AI/ML applications for optimizing pricing and routing decisions.
