2. About the Opportunity:

The Sr. Data Analyst, Pinterest Support Operations is responsible for driving analytics to improve customer self-service capabilities and support automation. This role directly influences decision-making and performance measurement across support tools, AI initiatives, and user engagement channels. By defining success metrics and identifying high-impact opportunities, the position contributes to enhancing customer satisfaction, automated resolution rates, and cost efficiency at scale.

3. Responsibilities:

• Own the analytics roadmap for self-serve support, automation, and tooling, anticipating emerging priorities.

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analyses to monitor performance and define key metrics.

• Conduct strategic analyses on complex problems, providing recommendations to leadership.

• Collaborate on designing and evaluating experiments and pilots related to support journeys and automation.

• Develop models and frameworks to support planning and decision-making.

• Partner with multiple teams to provide clear scoping, rigorous analysis, and effective communication.

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, or related analytical roles.

• Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Excel; familiarity with Python, R, and AI tools is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Strong communication skills, capable of translating analytics into stakeholder-ready insights.

• Commitment to data quality, clear metric definitions, and scalable insights.

• Collaborative, positive team player with strong relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Math, Finance, or equivalent experience.

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
