Solutions Architect — Mobile DevOps & CI/CD (Remote, U.S.)

This opportunity is with a client of Andiamo, a technology-driven organization operating in the mobile development and DevOps ecosystem. You’ll work directly with large-scale engineering teams building applications used by millions, helping them optimize how software is built, tested, and delivered.
Role Overview
As a Solutions Architect, you will act as a senior technical partner to enterprise customers, helping them navigate challenges within their mobile development pipelines. From diagnosing performance bottlenecks to designing scalable CI/CD workflows, your expertise will directly influence engineering productivity and product delivery.
This is not a passive advisory role—you’ll be hands-on in debugging, architecting solutions, and guiding teams toward best practices while also influencing future product direction through real-world insights.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Problem Solving
Dive into complex build and deployment challenges, quickly identifying root causes and delivering practical, scalable solutions that improve performance and reliability.
Customer Advisory & Enablement
Serve as a trusted technical partner, guiding engineering teams on best practices across mobile development, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
CI/CD Optimization
Analyze and improve build pipelines, reducing inefficiencies and enabling faster, more reliable release cycles.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer insights, helping shape future platform capabilities and enhancements.
Escalation & Support Leadership
Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues, supporting internal teams and ensuring critical challenges are resolved efficiently.
Implementation & Onboarding Support
Partner with customer-facing teams to support onboarding, solution design, and adoption of platform capabilities.
Thought Leadership
Contribute to the broader technical community through knowledge sharing, including speaking engagements, written content, and industry participation.
Relationship Building
Develop strong relationships with technical stakeholders, helping them maximize value while becoming advocates for the platform.
Required Qualifications
Software Engineering Background
At least 5 years of experience in software development, with exposure to modern engineering practices.
Mobile Development Familiarity
Understanding of mobile application development workflows and lifecycle processes.
CI/CD & DevOps Knowledge
Hands-on experience designing or maintaining build pipelines and applying DevOps best practices.
Scripting & Automation
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., shell scripting) to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
Technical Communication
Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
Collaboration Skills
Experience working across cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
Customer-Facing Experience
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with technical users or clients.
Attention to Detail
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or customer-facing technical role within a technology organization.
Background in startup or high-growth environments.
Experience publishing mobile applications to app stores.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and system architecture.
Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking, writing, or community involvement.
