Role: Forward Deployed Engineer / Solution Architect

About the Customer:

Key Responsibilities:

* Work directly with enterprise clients to solve complex technical challenges

* Design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions (hands-on role)

* Lead architecture discussions and drive PoCs to production

Requirements:

* 10+ years in engineering / solution architecture

* Strong coding, system design, and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)

* Expertise in APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations

* Strong customer-facing communication skills

Nice to Have:

* AI/ML, LLMs, or conversational AI experience

* Voice AI / IVR / telephony knowledge

* Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks
