Job Requirement:

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading design of cloud-based analytical and automated solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and efficiency within the contact centers. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring that advanced analytics, AI/ML, and automation initiatives align with strategic goals, are scalable, and deliver measurable impact.

Required skills:

* 14+ years of experience

* 5+ years of Solutions Architect experience

* Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML solutions

* Technical (hands-on experience)

* Deep expertise in cloud computing (Azure, GCP, and AWS)

* Deep expertise in software architecture design, DevOps, and IT security

* Certifications (MSFT/AWS/GCP Solutions Architect)
