Who we are:

Go Offer is an AI-native company founded in the US by alumni from Google, Yandex, TikTok, and YCombinator. We process thousands of job listings daily, track client outcomes across hundreds of job searches, and make product decisions based on data — not gut feelings. Analytics is how we know what's working and where to push next.

What you'll do:

* Define and evolve the technical architecture of the Go Offer platform as it scales

* Design solutions that connect AI agents, data pipelines, client-facing services, and internal tooling into a coherent system

* Work with engineering leads to evaluate tradeoffs — build vs. buy, sync vs. async, monolith vs. services

* Own the technical roadmap for infrastructure and platform-level decisions

* Identify architectural debt and build a plan to address it without stopping the team from shipping

We're looking for someone who:

* Has 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 in an architecture or principal engineer role

* Has designed distributed systems that handle real load — not just whiteboards, but production

* Is strong on fundamentals — system design, data modeling, API design, async patterns

* Can translate business requirements into technical decisions and explain those decisions clearly

* Has worked with Python-based backend systems and cloud infrastructure

Nice to have:

* Experience architecting AI agent workflows or LLM-powered systems

* Familiarity with browser automation infrastructure at scale

* Background building platforms used by operations teams, not just end users
