EvenUp is seeking a strategic and technically-minded Solution Architect to design enterprise-level implementations that translate complex client requirements into scalable architectures. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and legal operations, ensuring that our AI-driven platform is configured to deliver maximum value. Reporting to the Manager of Solution Architecture, you will serve as a subject matter expert during the post-sale implementation phase, driving successful deployments for our largest law firm clients.

You will be responsible for leading technical discovery, architecting future-state workflows, and ensuring that functional designs are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who enjoys technical configuration and consultative client engagement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States.

What you’ll do:

* Solution Design: Lead the discovery and definition of future-state requirements, including process optimizations, data models, business logic rules, and integrations to support client objectives.

* Technical Consultation: Build and lead custom platform demonstrations tailored to client needs, showcasing technical capabilities to instill confidence and address complex requirements.

* Platform Configuration: Directly configure platform components, such as rules engines and reporting dashboards, while collaborating with technical architects to ensure seamless data flows.

* Implementation Excellence: Drive the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to streamline implementations and ensure high levels of client adoption.

* Strategic Documentation: Document configurations and design patterns to contribute to team standards and provide critical feedback to the Product team to influence the future roadmap.

What we look for:

* Professional Experience: 7–10 years of experience in solution architecture or technical SaaS roles, preferably within legal tech or highly regulated industries.

* Technical Expertise: Proven track record in designing custom cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure) and proficiency with APIs, microservices, and data modeling.

* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; technical certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus.

* Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and lead high-stakes discovery sessions or RFP responses.

* Adaptable Mindset: An innovative thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and is willing to travel for client engagements.

Compensation Range: $102,680 - $149,165
