• Assess configuration vs. product gap vs. custom work; document trade-offs and risks for Sales and Product.

• Validate feasibility and effort pre-contract; contribute to RFP responses, solution summaries, and executive technical presentations.

• Create architecture diagrams, sequencing diagrams, integration specs, and SOW inputs.

• Advocate customer priorities to Product/Engineering and help standardize repeatable deployment patterns.Translate business needs into technical and non-functional requirements (performance, privacy, retention, observability).

Required Experience

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture, Pre‑Sales Engineering, or senior technical consulting in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.

• Demonstrated experience implementing integrations across CRM/SIS/ERP, telephony/contact‑center, identity providers, and data platforms.

• Deep knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and iPaaS/MCP-style connectors.

• Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce, Slate, or similar CRMs, student information systems, and cloud infrastructures.

• Proven experience leading technical workshops and communicating with enterprise stakeholders.

Nice to Have
