POSITION SUMMARY
The Solutions Architect will serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and consultation to direct sales teams and customers on the design, customization, and implementation of complex technical products and services. The Solutions Architect is customer-focused and will translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
LOCATION: We are looking for candidates in the BAY AREA region of California.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify technical opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Will engage prospects and customers, providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
* Lead pre-sales technical discussions, presentations, and proof of concepts to showcase Cirrascale’s solutions.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap development.
* Respond to RFPs and technical inquiries with accurate, professional technical content.
* Serve as a technical liaison between customers, internal teams, and vendor partners.
* Support post-sales teams with knowledge transfer and solution validation during deployment.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
* Strong technical background in AI/ML infrastructure, GPU architectures, high performance storage, networking and cloud infrastructure.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must have proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
* Self-starter with a consultative mindset and strong customer focus.
* Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary range for the Solutions Architect is $128,000 to $172,000. This pay range reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay range for this job for the location for which it has been posted. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
