Title: Solutions Architect - KYC

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (2-3 days onsite per week)

Type: Contract

Start Date: ASAP / May - June

Duration: 12 Months + extensions

Utilisation: 40 Hours per week

Job Summary / Key Skills:

You will define and drive a clear, future-ready architecture across topics such as:

* Transition between KURRE and GCM

* Ownership boundaries across group, parent entity, and subsidiaries

* Controlled use of external data

* Separation of verified data, assessments, and suspicion

* Accountability, decision ownership, and legal responsibility in architecture

* Support for core ledger and payments transformation

* Enabling multiple CRM solutions with a consistent customer view

Working with architects, product owners, and engineering teams, you will:

* Set target architecture and principles for Customer MDM and KYC

* Guide initiatives with clear architectural direction

* Define and protect domain boundaries

* Clarify ownership, lifecycle, and legal scope

* Support transition from legacy to a coherent target state

* Drive alignment while maintaining architectural integrity

This role focuses on setting direction and establishing strong architectural guardrails, not just supporting individual solutions.

Requirements

* Extensive experience as a solution, domain, or enterprise architect

* Strong ability to lead complex architectural topics across stakeholders

* Experience in customer lifecycle, KYC, master data, compliance, or similar areas

* Solid understanding of ownership, domain boundaries, and accountability

* Ability to balance long-term vision with pragmatic delivery

* Experience in regulated environments

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
