Role: Account Executive – Canada (Enterprise Data & AI)
The Opportunity
Celebal Technologies is seeking a seasoned Sales professional to spearhead our expansion across the Canadian market. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a strategic "hunter" who thrives in the intersection of Enterprise Core and the Modern Data Stack (Databricks/Microsoft AI). You will be the face of Celebal in Canada, transforming early-stage interest into long-term strategic partnerships.
Strategic Responsibilities
* Market Orchestration: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to penetrate Tier-1 and Tier-2 accounts in the Canadian Manufacturing, Energy, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail & CPG and Financial Services sectors.
* Consultative Leadership: Pivot from transactional selling to a value-based, consultative approach, positioning Celebal as a strategic advisor for Generative AI and Cloud Modernization.
* Ecosystem Collaboration: Work closely with regional Microsoft and Databricks account teams to drive co-sell opportunities and leverage partner incentives.
* Revenue Growth: Manage the full lifecycle of complex, high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) deals, ensuring a robust pipeline through disciplined prospecting and rigorous qualification.
* Executive Presence: Build and nurture relationships with C-suite stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications & Professional Profile
* Proven Track Record: 2–5+ years of success in enterprise software or high-end IT consulting sales, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
* Domain Expertise: A sophisticated understanding of the Azure ecosystem, Big Data, and the evolving landscape of Enterprise AI.
* Operational Maturity: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex procurement processes and legal negotiations within the Canadian corporate framework.
* Strategic Communication: Exceptional command of executive-level storytelling, with the ability to articulate the "why" behind digital transformation.
* Geographic Fluency: Deep familiarity with the regional business nuances of the GTA, Western Canada, or Quebec.
