Responsibilities

* Architect and design the new Databricks platform for PMI’s US-based Advanced Analytics team

* Lead the platform build from the ground up, ensuring scalability, performance, and security

* Act as a trusted advisor to the client, managing expectations and translating business needs into technical solutions

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Krakow and London

* Drive innovation in MLOps, data engineering, and cloud-native architecture

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Solution Architect in cloud and data platform environments

* Strong knowledge of AWS, Databricks, and MLOps practices

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills

* Ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholders

* Willingness to travel occasionally to Krakow and London
