Solution Architect/Engagement Lead

My client, an exciting and fast-growing AI-native FP&A software vendor, is seeking a Solution Architect/Engagement Lead to join their team.

Sitting at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Innovation, this role will give you the chance to help shape how modern FP&A teams operate, leveraging cutting-edge, AI-driven capabilities from the ground up.

Reporting into the Head of Professional Services, you will play a key role in building and scaling the implementation function, working closely with leadership while delivering high-impact solutions to clients.

Job responsibilities:

* Lead end-to-end implementations of an AI-native FP&A platform

* Translate business requirements into scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions

* Act as a key client-facing lead, partnering with Finance and executive stakeholders

* Build and configure financial models and workflows tailored to client needs

* Drive project delivery across workshops, design, UAT, and deployment

* Contribute to building internal implementation methodologies and best practices

* Support the growth and development of the Professional Services function

Key requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience with Vena implementations and/or solution architecture

* Solid understanding of FP&A processes

* Experience in client-facing roles within consulting or implementation environments

* Interest in working within a high-growth, start-up environment

* Excitement to learn and work with a new, AI-native FP&A platform

* Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
