Position: Solution Architect D365

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (hybrid)

This role belongs to our Nordics subsidiary with a headquarter in Stockholm.

We provide Application support and development services to our customer. The services include coordination with other suppliers as well as making code/configuration changes. The project requires handling of Major as well as minor applications issues. We are looking for resources who have strong technical skills but also good at learning functional skills too.

Must Have:

* Min 10 Years of experience in IT out of those 5 years as Solution Architect,

* D365 (P) , Project Operation ,

* Powerapps, Dataverse , Power Automate flows

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Define end‑to‑end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / Project Operations) and Power Platform solutions.

* Design scalable, secure, and performant architectures aligned to business requirements.

* Own system design, interface design, and integration architecture across D365, Dataverse, Azure, and third‑party systems.

* Lead application design reviews, including improvements and enhancements.

* Ensure strict adherence to design best practices, covering: Data integrity ,Security & compliance ,Performance optimization ,Usability and intuitiveness

* Proactively identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.

* Drive performance improvement initiatives across D365 and Power Platform solutions.

* Manage and assess the architectural impact of scope changes and change requests.
