2. About the Opportunity:

The Solution Architect role is responsible for overseeing technical and architectural design projects for enterprise MDM solutions. This position leads the delivery of complex solutions, managing multiple customer projects and guiding cross-functional teams through design and decision-making processes. The role ensures the alignment of technical designs with business use cases and best practices while managing customer expectations. It plays a key part in supporting concurrent engagements, fostering trusted relationships with customers and partners, and developing reusable methodologies and tools to enhance professional services offerings.

3. Responsibilities:

• Provide overall project oversight on technical and architectural designs, including integration approaches

• Lead enterprise-level projects and manage deliverables within a professional services framework

• Support customers and partners by applying MDM principles and advanced analytics to develop technical designs

• Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with onshore and offshore teams

• Guide customer, partner, and internal teams through decision-making and design considerations

• Proactively manage solution designs incorporating NoSQL, Graph databases, JSON, and cloud integration tools

• Manage customer expectations regarding platform capabilities

• Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers through design, configuration, and testing phases

• Ensure solutions leverage Object Oriented design and Java development in SaaS/Cloud environments

• Provide infrastructure and platform architectural oversight, including Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST

• Coordinate with Product Management, Customer Success, DevOps, and Engineering teams

• Build trusted relationships with customers and partners as the primary MDM solutions representative

• Develop repeatable assets such as methodologies, tools, templates, and guidelines incorporating advanced analytics use cases

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

• Ten years of enterprise-level experience in IT or related occupations

• Ten years leading and delivering moderate to complex projects in professional services

• Ten years applying MDM principles, business use cases, and solution capabilities

• Ten years experience with architectural design and integration approaches

• Ten years managing multiple customer projects with onshore/offshore teams

• Ten years applying advanced analytics business use cases

• Ten years in Object Oriented software design and Java development

• Five years experience with SaaS/Cloud delivery

• Five years leading at least two end-to-end implementations of Enterprise MDM software (e.g., Informatica, SAP, Oracle)

• Five years experience with MDM solutions, NoSQL, Graph databases, JSON

• Five years experience with Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST

• Five years experience with cloud integration tools such as SnapLogic, Mulesoft, or Informatica

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range $187,460.00 - $192,460.00 per year
