We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, implement, and evolve large-scale, high‑transaction digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong systems thinking, and the ability to align architecture decisions with security, regulatory, and business objectives in complex enterprise environments.

What we're looking for:

* 10+ years in software engineering or solution architecture for large-scale, transaction-heavy digital platforms.

* Proven success leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and at scale.

* Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop technical talent, fostering collaborative and high-performing teams.

* Strong experience working with senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into executable technical roadmaps.

Digital Platform Architecture:

* End-to-end architecture experience across enterprise digital platforms, user-facing applications, and backend systems.

* Strong background in platform integrations, including:

* Core enterprise systems and third-party services

* External APIs and partner ecosystems

* Payment, identity, and compliance-related services where applicable

* Hands-on experience modernizing legacy platforms, including cloud migrations, microservices adoption, containerization, and API-first or event-driven architectures.

AI & Data Engineering Experience:

* Experience designing and integrating AI-enabled solutions into enterprise platforms, including:

* AI/ML-driven decisioning, personalization, or automation capabilities

* Data pipelines supporting model training, inference, and monitoring

* Integration of AI services into existing digital products and workflows

* Understanding of MLOps practices, including model lifecycle management, deployment strategies, observability, and governance.

* Ability to collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to productionize models reliably, securely, and at scale.

* Technical Skills

* Mastery of architectural patterns for high-availability, high-throughput, and low-latency systems.

* Experience designing scalable data platforms, including:

* Data ingestion and streaming architectures

* Data lakes and analytical platforms processing large data volumes

* Expertise in transaction processing systems with strong consistency, resilience, and auditability requirements.

* Deep understanding of identity, account, and lifecycle management systems.

* Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, Go, or similar) for infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD, and testing pipelines.

Security & Compliance:

* Hands-on experience implementing enterprise security best practices, including:

* Secure authentication and authorization (e.g., MFA, SSO, RBAC)

* Data protection, encryption at rest and in transit

* Compliance with standards such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001

* Ability to architect solutions that remain compliant across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.

* Strong focus on segregation of duties, traceability, and auditability to meet regulatory and internal governance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Track record delivering solutions across multi-brand, multi-region, or multi-tenant environments.

* Familiarity with risk controls, user protection mechanisms, and regulatory reporting where applicable.

* Experience with cloud-native observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK) and FinOps practices for cost optimization.

* Relevant certifications, such as:

* AWS or Azure Architect Professional

* SEI

* TOGAF

* ISO 27001
