The ideal candidate should have experience enabling AI-assisted engineering practices, integrating modern tooling, and supporting development teams in adopting agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

* Enable Kiro throughout the SDLC lifecycle

* Validate requirements and generate JIRA stories

* Create and manage AI agent rules files for coding standards and architecture

* Integrate external tools and data sources via MCP servers

* Guide development teams in adopting agentic workflows

* Support CI/CD, testing automation, and developer productivity initiatives

* Translate business and customer needs into scalable technical solutions
