Solution Architect (AI & Custom Software Consulting)

What You’ll Do

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will:

* Translate business needs into technical solutions through requirements gathering, architecture design, and implementation planning

* Create key project artifacts including solution architectures, wireframes, user stories, process flows, and data models

* Lead technical discovery and solution ideation, providing clear recommendations backed by strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Deliver hands-on development and technical leadership across modern stacks (Node.js, React, .NET, Azure, AWS)

* Design and implement AI-enabled architectures, including model integration, data pipelines, and production deployment strategies

* Partner with sales and delivery teams to support pre-sales solutioning, scoping, and client presentations

* Guide clients through system evaluations, modernization efforts, and digital transformation initiatives

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

* Deep, hands-on experience with Node.js and .NET (C#); additional experience with Python or PHP is a plus

* Strong front-end experience with React (preferred), Angular, or Vue

* Proven success designing and deploying solutions in Azure and AWS

* Experience with containerization (Docker) and familiarity with Kubernetes

* Track record of delivering enterprise web and mobile applications in consulting environments

AI & Emerging Technology Experience

* Real-world experience designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions in production

* Ability to confidently discuss and implement:AI/ML model integration into applications

* Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

* Model fine-tuning approaches such as LoRA

* Experience with platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, or Databricks

* Understanding of scalability, security, and operational considerations for AI systems

Consulting & Leadership Skills

* Strong client-facing experience with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders

* Proven ability to lead discussions in sales and solutioning scenarios

* Experience with solution design methodologies (requirements facilitation, user stories, wireframing, process modeling)

* A consultative mindset with a balance of strategy and execution

Nice to Have

* Exposure to data platforms and analytics tools (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau)

* Experience bridging data, AI, and application development

* Background in Big Data, advanced analytics, or ML systems
