THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Solution Architect – Agentic Systems to design and deliver end-to-end AI agent solutions tailored to enterprise customer needs.

This role blends technical architecture, solution design, and customer collaboration — ensuring deployments of multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks are secure, scalable, and business-aligned.

Responsibilities

* Solution Design & Architecture

* Translate customer requirements into scalable, compliant AI agent architectures.

* Design workflows using multi-agent orchestration, A2A messaging, and tool chaining.

* Define context and memory strategies for long-running AI processes.

* Integration Leadership

* Architect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SOC tools).

* Ensure interoperability between AI agents, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs.

* Performance & Scalability

* Optimize latency, token usage, and model selection for cost-effective deployments.

* Design for high availability and fault tolerance in production.

* Security & Compliance

* Embed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls in all solutions.

* Ensure adherence to industry regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA as applicable).

* Customer Engagement

* Act as a trusted advisor for client technical teams.

* Conduct workshops, POCs, and design reviews to validate architectural choices.

* Collaboration & Delivery Support

* Work closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Interaction Engineers, and Agent Architects to ensure smooth delivery.

* Provide architectural oversight during implementation phases.

Must-Have

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* 8+ years in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering.

* Strong understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge).

* Proven experience designing RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations.

* Proficiency in Python and experience with API design/integration.

* Cloud-native architecture skills (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes).

* Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Good-to-Have

* Experience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps.

* Familiarity with AI observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas).

* Exposure to reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLAIF) for agent optimization.

* Background in AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices.
