We are looking for someone to own our entire software stack.

Responsibilities

* Build and maintain our software that gives customers real-time insight into their machines and infestations

* Own the software stack end-to-end, architecture, reliability, scalability and new features

* Train and fine-tune the AI/ML models that power detection and decision-making in our machines

* Design and maintain databases and data pipelines

* Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure

* Monitor system performance and handle incidents when things break

* Work closely with the hardware team to make sure software and machines play nicely together

Qualifications

* 3+ years of software development experience, ideally at a startup

* Comfortable owning a full-stack codebase end-to-end (frontend, backend, or both)

* Hands-on experience training or fine-tuning ML models, you don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to be comfortable getting into it

* Experience building web or mobile apps, bonus if they talk to hardware

* You move fast and don't wait for perfect requirements

* Experience with React/TypeScript and REST API design

* Comfortable with wearing multiple hats

* Based in Stockholm or willing to relocate

* English fluency
