About The Role

We’re hiring a Software Engineer to help build the core product experience of our AI-first tax platform. As an early hire, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the core architecture and features of our innovative AI-powered tax platform from its inception. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a fast-paced, AI-first startup, working across our applications to build a robust, intelligent, and intuitive user experience that will redefine tax preparation.

What You’ll Do

* Be at the cutting-edge of building the AI-first tax prep platform of the future

* Focus on building out our core user experiences

* Work closely with the founding team to build out our product roadmap

* Apply our AI-driven tax data throughout our platform

* Be comfortable operating across our entire stack and product lifecycle end-to-end

What We’re Looking For

* You have experience building and scaling user-facing web apps

* You’ve worked with a variety of web frameworks (frontend and backend)

* You have strong product intuition and attention to detail

* You love being focused on solving customer problems and delivering the most value to them

Bonus Points

* Working with AI products and tools

* Working with ETL pipelines or managing data at scale

* Working at fast-paced startups with product-led growth

* Experience in the tax, accounting, or fintech space
