GTM teams today waste hours stitching together fragile tool stacks just to get basic insights on their customers. Floqer is the platform that lets humans and AI agents build powerful automations for the work GTM teams have been doing manually, so they can focus on selling, not plumbing.

The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Software Engineer to join our on-site team in Toronto. You’ll own problems end-to-end and work directly with both customers and internal teams.

You will:

* Talk to customers and internal users to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.

* Scope implementation plans, think through edge cases, user journeys, and system implications, then build and ship them.

* Operate as an owner, not a ticket-taker, with direct impact on a product used by some of the best companies in the world.

Qualifications

* Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and system design.

* Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor).

* Experience with Cloud and event-driven systems for building at scale. Our backend currently handles 700M+ runs per week, and we need to scale this to over 10B+ per week.

Experience

We’re hiring for multiple roles. Your foundational concepts must be solid, and you should be able to learn and adapt fast. We don’t care about your # of years of experience.

Compensation & Work Setup

* Salary: 70K–220K plus meaningful equity, scaled with experience.
