What You Will Be Working On
* Agents How do we build agents that can be trusted to execute critical business flows for large enterprises in a verifiable and trustworthy manner? How do we future-proof this as LLMs evolve?
* Orchestration How do we run thousands—tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands—of agents at scale?
* Retrieval A key value proposition of our agentic AI platform is the process insights we already have about our customers` existing processes. How do we use that ground truth to enhance both the efficiency and accuracy of execution?
* Command Center Build the user-facing pieces that empower humans to manage and work seamlessly with agents.

We Are Looking For
* A passion for being on the frontier of AI products
* Motivation and high agency to drive outcomes—we have a high-autonomy culture, and each team member has lots of agency to overcome obstacles and achieve business impact
* 3+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems with modern languages and infrastructure
* Experience and comfort building and shipping full-stack solutions
* Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Even Better If You Have
* Experience building AI-powered products
* Experience building enterprise-grade products with a solid understanding of security principles, identity, and access management
* Comfort working closely with enterprise customers
* Previous experience founding or working at startups
