We're building superhuman conversational AI for healthcare starting with Dental Practices. Our first AI product captures missed calls and books appointments with a higher success rate than human receptionists, and proactively reaches out to patients to get them scheduled.

People love the product. We're growing 40% month-over-month and have 7 figure contracted revenue. We have doubled our revenue in last couple of months and each month is better than previous. We have great investors and are now looking to hire additional Software Engineers to build cutting-edge generative AI experiences. You will work directly with the founder and customers to create, design, and deploy these AI agents at scale.

What you'll do

* Work with leading LLMs like o4, claude 4.5 and others to build exceptional conversational AI experiences for patients.

* Build and deploy the platform from the ground up, working directly with customers.

* Solve complex conversational AI workflows. This is hard - people can say anything over a call or text - but we're up for the challenge.

What you need

* 1-5 years of experience building and shipping products at scale.

* Winning mindset and attitude, with a relentless drive to succeed. The startup that wins this space will be one that works very hard and very smart. This is not a chill 9-5 job!

* Proven track record with more focus on back end: Demonstrated success in shipping high-quality products.

* Obsession for growth: Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously learn, and master your craft. You believe you are in the top 0.1% of engineers, or could be if given the opportunity.
