Position Title: Software & AI Engineer (Summer Intern) – 3 positions; US citizen/GC only

Location: Remote

Start: Summer 2026 (immediate part-time start available)

Compensation: Unpaid internship*

*Top performers will be considered for Founding Engineer roles, with paid compensation + equity based on performance.

💡 What You’ll Work On

This is not a “watch-and-learn” internship. You’ll build real product features used by customers.

You will:

* Contribute to core product development across frontend and backend

* Help enhance our next-gen AI-powered sourcing engine for recruiters

* Work on AI-driven features using LLMs, LangChain, and modern tooling

* Build scalable web applications end-to-end (design → development → deployment)

* Collaborate directly with founders and play a key role in product evolution

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

* Current MS in Computer Science or exceptional BS juniors/seniors

* Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn fast

* Ability to work independently in a startup environment

🛠 Required Skills

* React, Next.js, TypeScript

* SQL / database fundamentals

* TailwindCSS

* Experience building web applications

➕ Preferred / Bonus Skills

* Full-stack development experience

* Experience with APIs and integrations

* Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI APIs or similar)

* Experience with LangChain / LangSmith

* Supabase or similar backend platforms

* Stripe integration experience
