Social Media Content Writer (AI Startup Internship)

TruGen AI is building Clara, an AI SDR designed to talk to website visitors like a real salesperson.

We believe the future of go-to-market will be powered by AI agents that can communicate, qualify leads, book meetings, and eventually operate entire parts of the revenue engine autonomously.

We’re hiring a Content Writer to help document that journey publicly through founder-led content.

You’ll work directly with the cofounder and CMO to turn ideas, conversations, product launches, customer insights, and industry trends into high-performing LinkedIn posts, short-form video content, and YouTube scripts.

This role sits at the intersection of AI, startups, media, and go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do

* Write LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content

* Help script short-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok

* Write long-form YouTube video scripts

* Turn raw ideas, voice notes, and conversations into polished content

* Study viral founder-led content and improve hooks, structure, and storytelling

* Help develop TruGen AI’s brand voice and narrative

* Collaborate closely with the founder on content strategy and experimentation

Ideal Candidate

* Strong writer with clear, concise communication skills

* Deep interest in startups, AI, marketing, or tech

* Understands internet culture and founder-led media

* Can write content that feels human, sharp, and engaging

* High-agency and proactive

* Bonus: experience with ghostwriting, YouTube scripting, or creator brands
