About the Role

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will leverage your technical expertise to deliver high-quality ServiceNow implementations while mentoring associate and technical consultants. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions and ensure seamless implementation of ServiceNow modules. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their platform investment while aligning solutions with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

* Translate functional requirements into scalable and efficient technical designs

* Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules

* Lead and support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations

* Ensure high-quality implementation aligned with ServiceNow and internal best practices

* Contribute to building scalable, reliable, and optimized ServiceNow solutions

* Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support

* Act as a point of contact for issue resolution and continuous platform improvement

What We’re Looking For

* 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience

* Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices

* Experience with ServiceNow modules and implementations

* Ability to run client workshops and deliver user training

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Required Certification: ServiceNow CSA
