ServiceNow Technical Consultant - Agentic AI/NowAssist

6-12 month Contract initially

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to work hands-on in the ServiceNow platform within innovative projects across Agentic AI/Now Assist.

What will you be doing:

* Collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect

* Work hands-on with ServiceNow Agent Studio, designing and deploying AI-driven agents

* Work with prompt engineering, including the development and management of reusable prompt libraries

* Work

* Utilize your knowledge with Large Language Models (LLMs) and associated frameworks, applying them to enterprise use cases

* Assist in gathering requirements and designing ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders while focusing mainly on hands-on technical work

* Be hands-on technically, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements

Experience:

* Strong ServiceNow technical development background

* Previous NowAssist, Agent Studio, and Workflow skills REQUIRED

* Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and associated frameworks, applying them to enterprise use cases(e.g., Claude etc)

* ServiceNow certifications desirable - CSA, CAD, CIS etc...
