Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules, with a strong focus on TNI (Technical Network Infrastructure) and CMDB (Configuration Management Database). You will work closely with architects and business analysts to ensure technical feasibility and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Development & Customization:
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications/modules, particularly focusing on TNI and CMDB functionalities.
Implement workflows, UI policies, business rules, integrations, and custom scripts to enhance application performance and user experience.
Module Configuration:
Perform module configurations and implement complex logic as per solution design specifications.
Ensure that all configurations align with best practices and organizational standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Architects and Business Analysts to assess technical feasibility and provide input on solution designs.
Participate in design discussions and contribute to the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
Quality Assurance:
Support unit testing and conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain the integrity of the application.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, particularly TNI and CMDB.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with ServiceNow development tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
* Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
