HIRING: Senior Voice AI Engineer (LiveKit & LLM Specialist)

We are looking for a Senior Voice AI Engineer to lead our real-time conversational AI projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for building high-performance, low-latency voice agents from the ground up.

📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE 🇦🇪

💰 Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 AED

What You’ll Do:

Real-time Infrastructure: Architect and deploy voice agents using LiveKit for seamless audio streaming.

LLM Training & Fine-tuning: Train and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) to handle complex conversational logic and natural voice-to-voice interaction.

Python Pipelines: Build and manage end-to-end Python pipelines for voice processing and response generation.

Performance Tuning: Drive technical efforts to minimize latency and improve the fluidity of real-time AI interactions.

Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience in Python and AI/ML development.

Expertise in LiveKit and real-time communication protocols (WebRTC).

Hands-on experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific conversational tasks.

Currently based in the UAE and ready to start immediately in Abu Dhabi.
