Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer / Frontend Lead with expertise in Generative AI interfaces, enterprise UX strategy, React-based frontend development, and low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform and OutSystems.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, accessible, and intuitive AI-driven enterprise applications while collaborating with business stakeholders, product teams, AI developers, and frontend engineers to deliver innovative digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Interfaces

* Design conversational and assistive user experiences for AI copilots, chatbots, and intelligent enterprise applications.

* Create adaptive UI flows aligned with LLM behavior, AI-assisted workflows, and user interaction patterns.

* Collaborate with AI developers to optimize user guidance, prompt engineering UX, and intelligent recommendation experiences.

* Design AI-powered interaction patterns that improve usability, engagement, and productivity.

UX Design & Frontend Development

* Design enterprise-grade user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts using Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.

* Build or guide development of frontend components using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

* Develop reusable UI components, widgets, and scalable enterprise design systems.

* Implement and refine user journeys using reusable UX patterns and modern interaction principles.

* Ensure responsive design, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and enterprise branding consistency.

Power Platform & Low-Code Development

* Design custom UI/UX experiences for Power Apps including Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.

* Ensure accessibility, branding alignment, and optimized user experiences within Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

* Customize UI templates and responsive interfaces within OutSystems or similar low-code frameworks.

* Integrate UI logic aligned with low-code component behavior and reusable enterprise widgets.

* Work closely with platform teams to align frontend experiences with platform capabilities and governance standards.

Collaboration & Leadership

* Support stakeholder presentations, executive demos, and visual storytelling initiatives.

* Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.

* Educate and mentor cross-functional teams on UI/UX best practices, accessibility, and enterprise design principles.

* Contribute to enterprise UI governance and design consistency initiatives across platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

* 8+ years of experience in UX Design and Frontend Development.

* Hands-on expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.

* Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive frontend development.

* Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint design capabilities and constraints.

* Experience designing enterprise-grade responsive and accessible applications.

* Familiarity with Generative AI-based UI/UX including chatbot interfaces, AI-driven recommendations, conversational workflows, and dynamic experiences.

* Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and enterprise UI governance practices.

* Ability to build or guide development of functional frontend components and reusable UI patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience customizing UIs within OutSystems or other low-code/no-code platforms.

* Exposure to enterprise-grade UI/UX design systems and component libraries.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.

* Ability to mentor junior developers, analysts, and designers on UX concepts, tools, and frontend best practices.

* Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

* Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
