You’ll partner with GTM leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, then build and ship AI-driven solutions that improve pipeline, buyer experience, and rep effectiveness. If you like owning outcomes and moving fast, you’ll feel right at home.

As our Senior Specialist, AI GTM Automation, you will:

* Design and build AI-driven workflows and agents across the GTM stack, from inbound lead handling to outbound automation

* Integrate systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and data enrichment tools

* Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into scalable solutions

* Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI initiatives based on performance and return on investment

* Drive adoption of AI tools across GTM teams by enabling and educating stakeholders

* Contribute to initiatives such as conversational AI, account intelligence, and personalization at scale

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

* Strong understanding of GTM systems, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations ecosystems

* Hands-on experience with APIs, automation tools, and data workflows

* Familiarity with Salesforce and common GTM platforms

* Proven ability to ship solutions and measure their real-world impact

What will make you stand out:

* Experience with AI agent frameworks or workflow automation tools (e.g., Relevance AI, Zapier, n8n, Clay)

* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and move from problem to solution quickly

* Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

* Sharp prioritization skills and good judgment on what to build (and what not to)

* Bias for action and curiosity to design workflows and capabilities that work
