Senior Solutions Engineer

At Copyleaks, we aren't just selling software; we defend the concept of authenticity and intellectual property. You will be the primary technical resource for organizations navigating the shift toward a synthetic-content world, helping them verify what is human and what is machine, what is original work and what is not.

What you will do:

* Technical Discovery & Design: Partner with AEs to lead deep-dive discovery sessions and architect custom solutions for Enterprise prospects.

* Product Advocacy: Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to R&D, translating field requirements into released features and products.

* Technical Win Ownership: Own the technical portion of the sales cycle, from tailored demos and pilots to security reviews and RFPs.

* Ecosystem Growth: Develop technical resources (documentation, API guides, and video tutorials) that scale our integration capabilities.

* Technical Success: Partner with customers for post sales design reviews, technical best practices and consulting.

What we are looking for:

* The Experience: 5+ years in a Pre-Sales or Customer-Facing Engineering role within the SaaS/AI ecosystem.

* Technical Depth: Expert-level understanding of HTTP REST APIs and web hooks, and the ability to troubleshoot complex integrations in real-time. Java Script, vibe coding and SQL skills are highly beneficial.

* Methodology Driven: Proven experience operating within a value-selling framework (e.g., MEDDPICC) to qualify technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.

* Strategic Communication: Ability to explain complex architecture to a CTO while simultaneously selling the business value to a CEO.

* Agility: A "builder" mindset—you enjoy creating processes where none exist.

* Location: Ability to collaborate in our NYC office 3x per week.
