Senior Solutions Architect - Software & AI Systems

Everise Digital is a full-service digital agency based in Peachtree City, Georgia, specializing in AI-driven systems, modern web applications, and scalable data platforms. We serve clients across the US market and are growing fast. We're looking for a client-facing Solutions Architect with a strong software development background to lead technical discovery and translate business ideas into structured, build-ready plans. This role works directly with the CTO.

What You'll Do

* Lead client discovery and technical scoping calls - translating business goals into software requirements

* Draft high-level software architecture outlines, solution approaches, and system design documents

* Define scope, risks, and technical feasibility in collaboration with our engineering team

* Prevent scope creep through structured documentation and clear handoff processes

* Serve as the bridge between clients and developers - communicating technical decisions back in plain language

* Support proposal validation and ensure delivery alignment throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

* Hands-on background in software development - comfortable reading code, discussing system design, and working through implementation tradeoffs with engineering teams

* Experience architecting or building web applications, SaaS products, APIs, or AI/data systems (this is a software role, not infrastructure or network engineering)

* Proven client-facing experience - ideally with US-based clients - where you led discovery, scoping, or requirements gathering

* Ability to produce clear technical documentation: architecture diagrams, requirement specs, and scope definitions

* Strong communication skills - you can simplify complex software concepts for non-technical stakeholders without losing accuracy

* Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment where you own outcomes, not just tasks

* Familiarity with common software stacks (e.g., C, C++, Ruby, JavaScript, AI) is a plus - you don't need to code, but you should be able to speak the language

Engagement Details

* 100% Remote

* Part-Time, Contract-based engagement (with potential for long-term collaboration)

* Flexible hours - must be available for client and team calls during US business hours (EST or CST)

* Compensation: $60k - $85k per year, based on experience and performance
