This role is a strategic, customer-facing position focused on driving technical adoption and expansion within a fast-growing developer-focused ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor to engineering teams, helping them evaluate, design, and scale distributed applications using modern architectural patterns. Working closely with sales and product teams, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, ensuring customers unlock maximum value from the platform. The position combines deep technical expertise with strong communication and consultative skills, allowing you to influence decision-makers and guide complex implementations. You will play a key role in shaping customer success, accelerating adoption, and positioning the platform as a preferred solution in competitive environments. Accountabilities

* Engage with prospective and existing customers to evaluate application fit and guide adoption of the platform within complex technical environments.

* Educate stakeholders on platform capabilities, benefits, and limitations, providing clear technical guidance and architectural recommendations.

* Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with engineering leaders and key decision-makers to drive long-term adoption and expansion.

* Partner with account executives to develop and execute strategic account plans, aligning technical solutions with business goals.

* Design and deliver technical demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions to showcase platform value.

* Support customers in building, deploying, and scaling production applications, ensuring reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

* Position the platform effectively against alternative technologies and architectures through competitive analysis and technical differentiation.

* Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights to influence roadmap and feature development.

Requirements

* Strong experience in solutions architecture, software engineering, or technical consulting roles within cloud or distributed systems environments.

* Deep understanding of distributed systems design, application architecture, and modern development practices.

* Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Go, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP, with the ability to build prototypes and technical solutions.

* Experience working with major cloud providers and familiarity with cloud-native services and infrastructure.

* Strong knowledge of production system requirements including scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and contribute to deal strategy, scoping, and technical validation.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

* Preferred: Experience in developer-focused platforms, open-source ecosystems, or workflow orchestration technologies.
