Senior Solution Engineer (m/w/d)

In Germany, we partner with giants like Flink, Deichmann, and Deutsche Post to navigate complex labour laws, improve employee engagement, and optimise costs. As a Senior SE, you will be the strategic technical lead for our most ambitious deals in the DACH region.

We have a hybrid working set-up and therefore, you will be required to attend our Hamburg office a minimum of twice per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Lead deep-dive consultations with Operations and HR Directors to uncover business-critical issues and map them to Quinyx’s AI capabilities.

* Transition from "feature-demoing" to "solution-visioning." You will build the business cases that quantify the ROI of automation and compliance for the German market.

* Act as the trusted advisor on German regulatory requirements and how they integrate into a modern SaaS ecosystem.

* Partner with our Global Product and Engineering teams (Sweden/UK) to ensure the specific needs of the DACH market are prioritised in our roadmap.

* Collaborate with Account Executives on MEDDPICC-based qualification and strategic account planning for Enterprise-tier opportunities.

What you’ll bring to the team

* A strong background in WFM, HCM, or Payroll. We highly value candidates from Implementation Consulting or Professional Services who want to pivot into a commercial, high-growth role.

* You "resist the itch to pitch." You are an active listener who knows how to challenge a prospect’s current process to drive a better outcome.

* Experience with structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and a preference for value-based demo frameworks like GreatDemo! or Demo2Win.

* Native or bilingual fluency in German (essential for regional compliance and stakeholder trust) and professional English.
