I’m partnering with a high-growth, Series A-funded AI company in the financial services space to help them hire several Senior Software Engineers to join their engineering team.

This is a rare opportunity to work on real production AI systems that are already deployed at scale and to sit close to both customers and the product. Engineers here don’t just write code; they shape solutions, influence product direction, and see their work directly impact how financial institutions make decisions.

The Role

This team operates with a Forward-Deployed Engineer mindset — engineers are trusted to own problems end-to-end and work closely with users when it matters.

You’ll:

* Design, build, and ship backend services that power large-scale financial data processing

* Develop frontend components and internal tools that customers and internal teams rely on

* Integrate third-party APIs, data providers, and AI/LLM models

* Work directly with customers to understand real-world constraints and design elegant solutions

* Ship frequently, iterate fast, and contribute meaningfully to technical decisions

What They’re Looking For

* 3+ years of professional software engineering experience

* Strong backend fundamentals (Python, data modeling, APIs, scalable systems)

* Experience building production systems, not just prototypes

* Clear communicator who enjoys customer-facing problem solving

* Startup mindset: ownership, bias to action, and pragmatism
