About The Role

We're searching for a talented and driven Senior Software Engineer to help define and build the foundation of our AI-first tax platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants ownership over architecture, technical direction, and core product decisions. You will be working across our user-facing apps and backend services to build a robust, intelligent, and intuitive user experience that will redefine tax preparation.

What You’ll Do

* Be at the cutting-edge of building the AI-first tax prep platform of the future

* Lead design and implementation of core pieces of our product architecture

* Build and scale user-facing experiences across the stack

* Be comfortable operating across our entire stack and product lifecycle end-to-end

* Mentor engineers and raise the bar on execution as you contribute to best practices

What We’re Looking For

* You have significant experience building and scaling production web applications

* You have an ownership mindset and strong convictions of what it means to build a great product

* You love being focused on solving customer problems and delivering the most value to them

Bonus Points

* Working with AI products and tools

* Working with ETL pipelines or managing data at scale

* Working at fast-paced startups with product-led growth

* Experience in the tax, accounting, or fintech space
