We’re looking for a versatile, high-ownership engineer excited by the challenge of building and scaling both product and infrastructure from the ground up. You will help design, implement, and operate the systems that power our cloud platform, large-scale image processing, MLOps pipeline, and fleet of edge AI devices—while also contributing directly to customer-facing backend services and product experiences. You’ll be foundational in laying the groundwork for critical services our customers depend on to run their operations with higher accuracy and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

* Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging services like EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, and more.

* Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, and help establish clean environments and repeatable deployments.

* Build backend services and APIs that support core product workflows (e.g., device management, data ingestion, analytics, labeling, permissions and model/inference orchestration).

* Contribute to frontend work—building internal tools, dashboards, and customer-facing UI to support product workflows.

* Implement pragmatic engineering best practices for CI/CD, testing, monitoring, alerting, and incident response across our services.

* Collaborate on systems capable of processing real-time video streams and large datasets efficiently and at scale.

* Partner on the deployment, scaling, and operational management of machine learning models within our MLOps framework.

* Help develop solutions for deploying, managing, monitoring, and updating AI applications on edge devices

* Ensure the security, reliability, availability, and performance of our core platform and customer-facing services.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

* 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, with exposure to backend, infrastructure, and frontend systems.

* Strong proficiency with Kubernetes (K8s) and its ecosystem

* Demonstrable experience with core AWS services (e.g., IAM, S3, RDS, EC2, VPC, EKS).

* Proven experience building and managing infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform.

* Solid understanding of distributed systems principles and practical experience building or scaling production services.

* Experience deploying and managing software applications on edge computing platforms

* Familiarity with observability practices and tools (e.g., Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/Loki, tracing).

* Strong Linux proficiency (debugging, scripting, networking basics).

* Familiarity with modern AI/ML tooling (e.g., LLM APIs, evaluation workflows, data/labeling pipelines).

Nice to Have

* Experience with streaming/video pipelines (e.g., RTSP/WebRTC, GStreamer, FFmpeg, Kafka/Kinesis).

* Familiarity with MLOps tooling and workflows (model deployment, versioning, evaluation, data lineage).

* Security best practices for cloud environments (least-privilege IAM, secrets management, network segmentation).

* Hands-on tinkering with embedded/edge platforms (e.g., Jetson, Raspberry Pi, Arduino) and/or computer vision or robotics projects.

* Experience working with cameras/sensors or CV pipelines (calibration, capture, labeling, inference)
