About the Company
Expertise AI is building the future of B2B SaaS with “Service-as-Software”. We are not building tools to assist humans; we are building AI agents that replace human labor in sales. Our AI sales agents handle inbound lead qualification, and we are already #1 on the HubSpot Marketplace in our category.
We are a lean, fast-moving team of 11 people based in Toronto. Our tech stack includes multi-layer RAG workflows, agentic AI, deep integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce, and we are SOC Type II compliant.
About the Role
We are looking for an senior AI Agent Engineer to join our core team. You will focus on building and shipping AI agent features that directly impact our customers’ bottom line. You will also be a key contributor to engineering org, helping us build the open-source standard for agentic infrastructure. This is a hands-on coding role where you will work directly with the CEO to solve real technical problems, not just build CRUD apps.
What You Will Do
You will design, build, and ship core features for our AI sales agents while contributing significantly to the OpenClaw open-source project. Working directly with the CEO and founding team, you will help shape product direction and tackle complex technical challenges involving multi-layer RAG workflows and agentic AI. You will also integrate our agents deeply with enterprise platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an engineer with senior level software engineering experience, demonstrating strong proficiency in agentic coding and experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic frameworks. You must possess a builder’s mindset with a track record of shipping complex, non-trivial software.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design.
* Experience with Back-End Web Development and Software Development processes.
* Proficiency in agentic coding
* Experience working with scalable systems
* Minimal bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experiencen).
