Title: Senior Software Analyst

Duration: 11 Months Contract

Location: 1400 City View Drive, Columbus, OH 43215 (Hybrid)

Schedule Expectations:

Candidate must have the flexibility to come to the office as needed and days will be pre-planned. Location of candidate should not be more than 2 hours from Columbus office 2-3 times a week in office.

Project Details & day to day in this position:

Number of projects – manager multiple projects at the same time. IT and the business side – requirements and get them documented. Business goals. Creating the changes to the systems.

Ideal Candidate for this position:

Testing background, software Analyst, Don’t need super technical, can break down vaugue, probimg questions, requirements are document.

Juggle multiple – understands business requirements and software development – good written JIRA cards, understands what the budiess is trying to accomplish -find out new edge cases. Coordinating the cards being created and getting those shipped out – ownership. Lead analyst. Writes JIRA cards. Identifying gaps and closing those gaps.

Automotive finance experience – would love to have

Consumer finance – would love to have

Analyst who has gone through the finance side of things with a car.

AI to supplement their activities – organize thoughts, co-pilot.

Additional Details:

The Senior Software Analyst (Consultant / CWF) will support the Retail Application Management team by developing high quality software specifications that enable the delivery and maintenance of applications supporting automotive lease and loan originations. This role focuses on requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, ensuring business intent is accurately translated into development ready artifacts for internal and external engineering teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep analytical skills with strong communication abilities and is comfortable working across business, technical, and operational stakeholders in a regulated financial services environment.
