Full Description

What FoxTrove does (and what you'd be selling)

We audit mid-market operations, find where AI creates real leverage, and build the systems to capture it. Money. Time. Capacity. Those are the three resources we recover. Our methodology runs across four engagement tiers that scale with how deep an operator wants to go:

* Assessment — $3K–$5K. 1–2 weeks. Operational review with a findings report. Currently founder's-rate priced — that promo ends June 1, 9 of 20 spots remaining as of posting. Built to be a low-friction wedge.

* Audit + Playbook — $10K–$25K. 3–6 weeks. Six-dimension operational audit + an executable blueprint the customer owns outright.

* Build — $15K–$75K per build. Production AI systems shipped working on day one. Often multiple builds per customer over time.

* Partnership/Embedment — $150K-$500K/yr ($250K avg.) recurring. Continuous engagement. Quarterly upgrades. The compounding play.

What you'd actually do

You sell the full progression — not just one tier. The job in 90 seconds:

1. Open most conversations on the Assessment as a low-stakes ask. The Founder's Rate gives you genuine urgency.

2. Convert qualified Assessments into the Audit + Playbook tier.

3. Convert Audits into Build engagements (often more than one per customer).

4. Land Partnership clients ($150K+/yr recurring) where the operator wants us embedded long term.

Most of your money comes from Partnership conversions plus ongoing Build attach. We expect strong reps to land 3–5 Partnerships in Year 1 on top of a steady Assessment / Audit / Build flow.

Sales cycle & how rep credit works

Typical pacing for a customer who moves up the full ladder:

* First call → signed Assessment: 1–3 weeks for a qualified buyer

* Assessment delivered → signed Audit + Playbook: 2–4 weeks after the Assessment readout

* Audit delivered → signed Build: 2–4 weeks after the Playbook readout (often multiple Builds attached over time)

* First Build deployed → signed Partnership: usually after one or two successful Builds prove value — typically 3–6 months from the initial Assessment close

So a customer who starts with a $5K Assessment and ends up in a $200K Partnership is generally a 3–6 month journey end-to-end. Some move faster. Some stop at the Assessment or the Audit — and that's fine, you still get paid on what you closed.

Rep credit follows the customer. If you sell the Assessment and that customer later moves up to an Audit, Build, or Partnership, you earn commission on every tier they move up to — for the lifetime of that customer relationship. We don't reassign your customer to someone else once they've moved past the Assessment. The Assessment isn't a "feeder" tier you hand off; it's the entry point you own end-to-end. Sell once, get paid as the customer expands.

Compensation (locked, no games)

Pure 1099 commission. No base. No draw. No cap. Paid weekly.

* 10% on Assessment, Audit + Playbook, and Build engagements (paid on close)

* 15% on first-year Partnership ARR (paid on close)

* 5% recurring on Partnership renewals and expansion — lifetime, for as long as the customer stays

* $5,000 bonus on your first Partnership closed within 90 days of start

Worked example, end-to-end on one customer:

* Land $5K Assessment → $500

* Convert to $20K Audit → $2,000

* Convert to $40K Build → $4,000

* Sign $200K/yr Partnership → $30,000 + $5K ramp bonus

= $41,500 in cash from a single customer journey, plus $10K/yr recurring on the Partnership renewal book.

Land three full journeys in Year 1 plus baseline Assessment/Audit/Build flow and you're at $130K+ Year 1 cash with a meaningful recurring book heading into Year 2.

Who we're hiring

We're being specific because mismatched hires waste everyone's time.

Don't apply if:

* You've never carried a six-figure quota or personally closed deals over $50K

* You've only sold transactional SaaS/hardware (consulting/services sales is a different motion)

* Pure 1099 commission makes you flinch

* You need leads handed to you on a platter — we provide some, but you build pipeline too

Do apply if:

* You've sold consulting, advisory, or implementation services into mid-market or enterprise operators

* You have an existing executive-level network in at least one of these verticals: PE Operating Partners / Heads of Value Creation (highest leverage — one relationship → 5–15 portcos)

* Multi-location healthcare services (DSOs, MSOs, ASCs, vet, PT, behavioral health groups)

* Mid Market + Construction & specialty trades

* Property management (multifamily / commercial, especially PE-backed)

* Multi-unit operators (large franchisees, service-business roll-ups)

Adjacent verticals also welcome: If your network is in manufacturing, distribution, financial services ops, insurance brokerage, or another operationally-complex mid-market vertical, apply anyway. We'll tell you honestly whether your network maps to where we're winning right now — and a strong rep with the right profile in an adjacent vertical may open a new lane for us.

Bonus points:

* PE operating partner advisory background (AlixPartners, FTI, EY-Parthenon, Bain, BCG, McKinsey alumni welcome)

* Prior healthcare M&A, DSO/MSO operational consulting, or PE portco value-creation experience

* You've sold AI / automation / analytics into ops-heavy mid-market businesses

* Strong skills in Agentic AI and AI systems

What we provide

* A defined methodology (4 tiers, 6-dimension audit framework) iterated on with real customers

* Sales collateral, talk tracks, ROI examples, sample audit deliverables

* Direct line to the founder — Kyle runs every audit personally right now

* ICP target lists by named vertical

* Personalized AI demo + findings tools to use live on calls

* Delivery handled by us — close the deal, we run the engagement

* Real customer case studies across PE portcos, multi-location services, and construction firms

How to apply

Two steps. Both required.

Step 1 — Apply through the LinkedIn job posting with your resume attached. Resume give the quick qualification read.

Step 2 — DM me directly on LinkedIn with three things:

1. What you've sold — services / SaaS / consulting, average deal size, customer type

3. Best closing month or quarter ever — specific dollar figure, timeframe, and how the deals were built
