Job Summary

As our Lead QA Engineer, you are the guardian of quality across our entire platform. You don't just find bugs; you build the strategy and processes to prevent them. Blending deep technical expertise with a strategic vision, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* 💡 Define the QA Strategy: Design and drive the quality vision for the platform. Determine the optimal balance between manual and automated testing using a risk-based a

* ppro🤖 Drive Test Automation: Build, maintain, and scale our automation framework (UI, API, performance). Make key technical decisions to ensure efficiency and scalabil
