We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager / Head of Product to own product‑market fit, lead go‑to‑market strategy, and shape the overall product direction of the company.

Role Description

As Senior Product Marketing Manager / Head of Product, you will own the intersection of product strategy, product‑market fit, and go‑to‑market execution for our B2B SaaS product. This is a highly cross‑functional, hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited to drive impact end‑to‑end — from discovery and strategy to launch, positioning, and adoption.

You will serve as the connective link between founders, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customers — ensuring alignment between what we build, how we position it, and how it succeeds in the market.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Product‑Market Fit

* Define and evolve a clear product vision, strategy, and high‑level roadmap aligned with business goals

* Drive product‑market fit through continuous customer discovery, validation, positioning, and iteration

* Identify and prioritize the right problems to solve by deeply understanding customer pain points — looking beyond stated asks to uncover root needs

* Define, track, and monitor success metrics and KPIs related to adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction

Go‑to‑Market, Positioning & Growth

* Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across target customer segments

* Develop and lead go‑to‑market strategies for new product offerings and major feature launches

* Manage early adopter programs, beta rollouts, and product experiments

* Work directly with customers to validate solutions, test positioning, and refine messaging

* Partner closely with marketing and sales to enable launches, campaigns, and customer acquisition

Product Leadership & Execution

* Provide product leadership across the end‑to‑end lifecycle — from discovery and definition to launch and post‑launch learning

* Guide prioritization across initiatives by balancing user value, market opportunity, business impact, and technical constraints

* Partner closely with engineering and design on planning, scope, sequencing, and delivery decisions

* Make thoughtful trade‑offs around scope, timing, and quality to deliver meaningful outcomes

Cross‑Functional Leadership

* Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales

* Ensure tight alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and go‑to‑market execution

* Act as a key thought partner to founders on product, growth, and company strategy

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

* 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or hybrid product leadership roles

* Experience working in a startup, SaaS company, or small team within a large tech organization

* Proven experience bringing new product offerings to market

* Experience with zero‑to‑one or early‑stage products is a strong plus

* Previous experience at AI‑centric or data‑centric companies is a plus

* Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Business or Marketing

* Base Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000 per year
